Most psychologists study pressure. Ben has lived it 10 seasons as a professional AFL footballer, 8 years inside the logistics industry at Toll Group, and over 10 years leading mental health and wellbeing at the highest level of Australian football.
That lived experience, combined with a PhD in Clinical Psychology, is what makes Ben's approach land with frontline workers and elite athletes alike.
