Before the PhD and the consulting rooms, Ben Robbins was a young athlete — playing professional AFL football for 10 seasons. He knows firsthand what it feels like to perform under pressure, deal with self-doubt, and carry the mental weight of competition week after week.

Today, Ben is a registered clinical psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and one of Australia's most sought-after performance psychologists. He works with elite athletes across a range of sports, consults to professional sporting organisations, and has spent years refining the practical mental skills that genuinely make a difference in high-pressure moments.
